A System Like No Other
The Control Unit is the engine of the LTU system it has a dedicated processor and OLED screen which allows you to input the pulse frequency and duration of the treatment to any frequency and time you desire, up to 1000Hz and 90 minutes respectively.
It has a removable and rechargeable battery with a maximum life of 26 hours continuous run time, meaning you'll never be caught short whilst out and about.
Total Control
With the LTU system you call the shots. set any pulse frequency you require from 0Hz -1000Hz and any time period you require from 1 second to 90 minutes and anywhere in between. The encoder knob allows for easy selection of time and frequency and the OLED screen displays this information in a clearly visible (yellow on black) display.
The soft keys allow you to easily navigate around the interface, start, pause / resume and stop treatment at any time. Once treatment is started a clearly visible countdown bar is displayed on the screen, a battery charge level icon shows you how much juice you have left and when it's time for a battery change.
A low volume buzzer function is also available to give you an audio trigger as to when the treatment has ended, however this can be disabled at any time for more nervous patients.
Never Lose Power
The quick change removable battery function is one of our proudest achievements. Unlike our competitors, our batteries are fully removable and replaceable; meaning no more internal battery failures requiring costly repairs or awkward moments when your system isn't fully charged.
We supply all control units with two batteries, a USB charger and a wall plug adapter, meaning you can charge in the car or at home and you'll always have a backup should you need it.
The battery change operation is slick and easy to use, you will be ready to go again within seconds.
Switch Between Heads With Ease
Our Control Units are supplied with a removable, double ended, Mini XLR, 1m coiled cable meaning you can remove it from the unit itself or from the laser probe for an easy change of treatment.
Unlike other products the cable isn't an integral part of our laser heads meaning a huge reduction in clutter and annoying cable tangles.
The low impedance, coiled cable will never cause data loss and will stretch to allow you to reach those high places on your equestrian friends.
Portability at The Heart of Our Design Philosophy
The LTU system is a lightweight, ultra portable design. We supply all control units with a carry case which includes a shoulder strap and water resistant covering. It will sit comfortably around the waist and allow you to move around the patient with ease. All our packages, and accessories therein will fit neatly within the carry case meaning you'll hardly notice it in the boot of your car.
Our removable battery system means there is no need to be near a power socket at any time during the operation of the unit.
Whilst the LTU is suitable for outdoor use we cannot guarantee its reliability in extreme weather conditions. Keep the unit in its carry case and away from direct rainfall and mud wherever possible.
